I had a delightful stay at Doubletree By Hilton Shah Alam I-City. The exceptional service from the staff made me feel welcomed, and the breakfast was a delightful spread with tasty options. The proximity to the Central iCity Mall is a big plus for shopping and dining.

Room toiletries were insufficient.

The convenient access to the i-City Mall made our family outing easy and enjoyable. The room's rainfall shower was a luxurious treat after our long days exploring the area.

Had a great stay with comfy King Deluxe Room Park View. Loved the flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and the tea/coffee maker was a lifesaver. The spa facilities were awesome! Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the foot massage. Overall a super relaxing place to unwind!

A delightful family getaway

After a long journey, we arrived to the warm scent of fresh cookies, making us feel instantly welcome. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us with our five room reservations and even placing them all next to each other. The pool area allowed us to enjoy towels and swim comfortably, enhancing our stay. Breakfast was a splendid spread, catering to all tastes—each meal was a delight! Our King Deluxe Room Park View was spacious, with extra amenities thoughtfully provided.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of hiccups. The Wi-Fi setup in the room was a bit confusing, and a simple guide would have been helpful for my tech-savvy kids. we noticed the absence of a water pipe hose in the bathroom, which could make things more convenient. Although the bathroom was equipped with ample toiletries and space, these little improvements could take the experience from great to excellent.

Doubletree By Hilton Shah Alam offered a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the easy-to-use touch-screen air-conditioning control. Impressive breakfast spread with options from Malay to Chinese, all delicious. Staff support was commendable. they promptly dealt with my shower issue and followed up via WhatsApp to ensure everything was good during my stay. The location suited my needs being close to UiTM Shah Alam and I-City Central Walk. the view from the living room-facing an office block wasn't very appealing, and the water mixer in the shower needed attention. they charged high rates for children despite them eating little.
