We had a lovely stay at Doubletree, enjoying our comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast. The location was perfect for us, being so close to the mall. Just a minor issue with the parking fees and the room view. I recommend this hotel.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Central mall as well as the Botanical Garden of Shah Alam. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our a double room was. Courteous service, even though a few employees were kind of rude.

I had an amazing stay! The staff were super friendly and helped us get all our rooms next to each other, which was fantastic for our family. Plus, the city views were fine, and those chocolate chip cookies at check-in were a delicious treat! The pool area is charming, and the towels were a nice touch, making it easy to lounge around.

I noticed there was no mirror in the main room and it would’ve been nice to have a bit more hanging space for our clothes. though, it was a great experience!

The staff here were warm and attentive, really going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable, especially with my mum. The process for Grab deliveries was a bit frustrating, and the gym left a bit to be desired. A decent stay with caring service!

The convenient access to the i-City Mall made our family outing easy and enjoyable. The room's rainfall shower was a luxurious treat after our long days exploring the area.
